Uudet koronarajoitukset 1.3. alkaen

 

Hei!

Koronatilanteesta johtuen joudumme tekemään muutoksia opintojen järjestämiseen. Seuraavat muutokset astuvat voimaan maanantaina 1.3. Rajoitukset koskevat maaliskuussa pidettäviä tunteja. Viranomaisten tiedotus on ollut hieman epäselvää. Seuraamme tilannetta ja kerromme mahdollisista muutoksista ja rajoitusten loppumisesta myöhemmin.

Tämä viesti menee kaikille Estradan oppilaille ja vanhemmille. Huomiothan juuri Sinua koskevat rajoitukset.

12-vuotiaat ja nuoremmat oppilaat 

12-vuotiaiden ja sitä nuorempien oppilaiden tunnit pidetään lähiopetuksena. Turvaväleihin kiinnitetään erityistä huomiota ja osa ryhmistä voidaan jakaa kahtia, että välit toteutuvat. .

Yli 12-vuotiaat Estradan Läkkitorin opetustilassa tai Estradasalissa tunneilla käyvät oppilaat

Opetus järjestetään lähiopetuksena. Turvaväleihin kiinnitetään erityistä huomiota ja osa ryhmistä voidaan jakaa kahtia, että välit toteutuvat. 

Yli 12-vuotiaat Espoon kaupungin tiloissa (esim. kouluilla) tunneilla käyvät oppilaat

Kaikki opetus järjestetään etäopetuksena. Tämä koskee myös yksityistunteja.  Kaupungin linjauksen mukaan emme saa päästää tunnille kaupungin tiloihin yli 12-vuotiaita oppilaita.

ESTRADAN KORONAOHJEISTUS 1.3. 2021

Noudatamme toiminnassa seuraavia periaatteita ja lähetämme erikseen tarvittaessa opetuspaikkakohtaiset tarkemmat ohjeistukset.

Tunnille saapuminen

• saattajat, kuten vanhemmat eivät tule sisätiloihin, alle kouluikäisten osalta tarvittaessa erityisjärjestely
• mikäli erityistapauksessa tulet odotus- tai pukutilaan, on sinulla oltava maski ja turvaväliohjeistusta on noudatettava
• henkilömäärä tiloissa on rajattu, oppilaiden tulee saapua tunnille vasta juuri ennen oman tunnin alkua
• odotus- ja pukutilojen käyttö rajoitetaan vain välttämättömään käyttöön, vaatteet tulee vaihtaa ja vesipullot tulee täyttää kotona
• opettaja on opetustilassa, eikä hän voi valvoa odotus- ja pukutilojen käyttöä tuntien aikana, oppilaiden ja vanhempien tulee huolehtia turvaväleistä ja maskien käytöstä omatoimisesti

Käsihygienia

• oppilaat desinfioivat kädet tunnille tullessa ja sieltä poistuessa
• opettajat desinfioivat opetusvälineitä tuntien välillä

Lähikontaktit

• toiminta toteutetaan tavalla, jossa lähikontaktit voidaan välttää tai ne vähenevät merkittävästi

Maskien käyttö

• ohjaajien ja yli 12-vuotiaiden tulisi käyttää kasvomaskia, mikäli henkilöllä ei ole terveydellistä estettä kasvomaskin käyttämiselle
• maskia käytetään soittotunnilla sekä vähintään tanssitunnille tultaessa ja poistuttaessa, maskia voi käyttää myös opetuksen aikana

Sairastapaukset ja tuntien korvaukset

• Sairaana et voi tulla tunnille.

• Jos soitinoppilas on karanteenissa, sairas tai kuuluu riskiryhmään, voidaan tunti järjestää etänä (myös ryhmätunneilla oppilas saa osallistua/seurata tuntia etäyhteydellä). Tästä tulee olla yhteydessä opetuspäivänä opettajaan klo 9.00 mennessä. Pidemmästä etäopetusjaksosta voi myös sopia opettajan kanssa.

• Tanssioppilas voi sairaustapauksessa tai karanteenissa olla etäyhteydellä mukana tai sopia korvaustunnista. Poissaolo on mahdollista korvata vasta, kun nykyiset koronarajoitukset poistuvat. Etänä osallistumisesta tulee olla yhteydessä opettajaan opetuspäivänä klo 9.00 mennessä. Pidemmästä etäopetusjaksosta tulee sopia opettajan kanssa.

 

Etäopetuksesta sopiminen

• Pyrimme tarjoamaan oppilaille mahdollisuuden etäopetukseen oppilaan niin toivoessa, kuitenkin  jos opetusmuotona on lähiopetus, se ei aina ole mahdollista
• Ole yhteydessä opettajaan ajoissa jo edellisenä päivänä tai viimeistään klo 9.00 mennessä. Se on tärkeää, että opettaja osaa valmistaa tunnin ja varata etäopetukseen tarvittavan laitteiston mukaan

Due to the covid-19 situation, we have to make changes to the studies. The following changes will take effect on Monday 1.3. Restrictions apply to lessons in March. The information provided by the authorities has been somewhat unclear. We will monitor the situation and report any changes and restrictions at a later date.

This message goes to all Estrada students and parents. Please note the restrictions that apply to you.

Students 12 years and younger

Classes for students 12 years of age and younger are held as contact teaching. Special attention is paid to the safety intervals and some groups can be divided in half so that the intervals are realized. .

Pupils over 12 years of age attending classes in Läkkitori or Estradasali

Teaching is arranged as normal classes. Special attention is paid to the distancing and some groups can be divided in half so that the intervals are realized.

Pupils over the age of 12 attend classes at the Schools (City of Espoo)

All teaching is provided by distance learning. This also applies to private lessons. According to the city policy, we are not allowed to allow students over the age of 12 to enter the city facilities for the class.

Covid-19 guidelines starting 1.3. 

Arriving to the classes

 

• escorts and/or parents, do not come indoors, special arrangements for children under school age, if necessary
• if in a special case you come to the waiting or dressing room, you should wear a mask and follow the safety instructions
• the number of people on the premises is limited, students must arrive for the class only just before the start of their class
• the use of waiting and changing rooms should be limited to what is necessary, clothes should be changed and water bottles should be filled at home
• the teacher is in the teaching room and cannot control the use of waiting and dressing rooms during lessons, students and parents must take care of safety intervals and use masks on their own

Hand hygiene

• students disinfect hands as they enter and leave class
• teachers disinfect teaching aids between lessons

Close contacts

• classes are held in such a way that close contacts can be avoided or significantly reduced

Use of masks

• instructors and those over 12 years of age should use a face mask if the person does not have a health reason to using the face mask
• the mask is used during the playing lesson and at least when entering and leaving the dance class, the mask can also be used during teaching

In cases of illness

 

• If you are ill, you can’t come to class.
• If the instrument student is quarantined, ill or at risk, the lesson can be arranged remotely (also in group lessons the student is allowed to participate / follow the lesson remotely). This must be informed to the teacher by 9.00 on the teaching day. A longer distance learning period can also be agreed with the teacher.
• In the event of illness or quarantine, a dance student can be remotely involved or can make up the class at a later point. Absence can only be compensated for when the current restrictions are lifted. You must contact the teacher remotely by 9:00 on the teaching day, if you wish to join online. A longer distance learning period must be agreed with the teacher.

Arranging distance learning

• We strive to offer students the opportunity for distance learning if the student so desires, however, if the form of teaching is contact teaching, it is not always possible
• Contact the teacher in time for the previous day or by 9.00 at the latest. It is important that the teacher is able to prepare the lesson and reserve according to the equipment needed for distance learning
