Ohjeistus: Tanssinäytökset Otasalissa 13.-15.12.

 

Tervetuloa tanssinäytöksiin Otasaliin 13.-15.12. Tässä muutama tärkeä käytännön ohje, jotta tilaisuus järjestyy mahdollisimman sujuvasti:

Saapuminen ja sisäänpääsy

Tapahtumapaikalla ei ole odotustiloja, joten yleisö otetaan sisälle suoraan ovelta noin 25 minuuttia ennen näytöksen alkua. Jotta sisäänpääsy olisi mahdollisimman nopea ja sujuva, otathan lippusi QR-koodin kera valmiiksi esille.

Lipunmyynti

Tärkeää! Tapahtumapaikalla ei ole lipunmyyntiä, sillä tiloissa ei ole tähän soveltuvaa aluetta. Kaikki liput myydään vain verkkokaupan kautta niin kauan kuin niitä riittää.
Lipputiedustelut tulee hoitaa toimiston kautta joko puhelimitse tai sähköpostitse Perjantaihin 13.12. klo 16 mennessä. Huomaathan, ettemme voi ovien avaamisen jälkeen vastata lipunmyyntikyselyihin tai myydä lippuja, jotta vältämme ruuhkia sisäänkäynnillä.

Parkkipaikat ja esteettömyys

Pysäköintipaikkoja on saatavilla Tietotiellä sekä esimerkiksi Kauppakeskus A Blocissa.

Tilamme ovat esteettömät, mutta jos tarvitset esteettömän paikan, ilmoitathan siitä toimistolle etukäteen, jotta voimme varata sinulle sopivan paikan.

Welcome to the dance performances at Otasali from December 13th to 15th. Here are a few important practical details to help the event run as smoothly as possible:

Arrival and Entry

There are no waiting areas at the venue, so the audience will be admitted directly from the door approximately 25 minutes before the performance starts. To ensure a quick and smooth entry, please have your ticket with the QR code ready in advance.

Ticket Sales

Important! There will be no ticket sales at the venue, as there is no suitable space for it. All tickets are sold exclusively through the online store while supplies last.

For ticket inquiries, please contact the office via phone or email by Friday, December 13th at 4:00 PM. Please note that once the doors open, we are unable to respond to ticket inquiries in order to avoid congestion at the entrance.

Parking and Accessibility

Parking is available on Tietotie and at Shopping Center A Bloc.

Our facilities are accessible, but if you require an accessible seat, please notify the office in advance so we can reserve a suitable seat for you.
